Solution to make remote system task bar visible

The other day I was remotely connecting to client system and downloading some files from client FTP.As the files size is more(30gb) suddenly the download got interrupted and I have asked to end the process.After doing this, suddenly I got the screen as blue and task bar got disappeared.
Here is the screen shot of that.



When ever you encounter such an issue ,or system struck, refresh the explorer by
clicking CTRL+ALT+Delete
Task Manager -> File-> NewTask->type explorer this will refresh the task bar


If you are at the remote system to access the task bar of remote system
press CTRL+ ALT+ END and then use the same process mentioned above.
