Health is Wealth

Advices for software Professionals

1. Drink more water as much as you can
2. Walk at least one hour per day how much busy you are
3. Spend some time for exercise daily preferable in early mornings
4. Don't stay too late
5. Take 2 minutes break after every one hour working continuously in laptop or desk top
6. Use good mouse pad to avoid risk in long-term.
8. It’s recommended to use normal spectacles if you are not using LCD screen
9. Don't wear high heals shoes
10. Don't skip or delay your meal timings.

We earn more, but we die soon.
We don't have time to take care of ourselves. Great reason to escape.
