We have Show short cuts in Tool Tips option in VS 2008
Tools- >Customize-> Show short cuts in Tool Tips option
I don't see that option in VS 2010.
I am not sure why its turned off.
I have submitted feedback on this here . If at all you want to have the same feature in new VS 2010 IDE and its useful for you, please vote for the feedback.
